		<description>Thanks for commenting Nick, I remember that was an interesting point that you made during your talk at the event.  The intangibles are indeed the hardest to attain (and maintain) and yet aren&#039;t often talked about at events such as this one; the practicalities receive a greater amount of focus which is probably due to the people that were attending the event and their relative inexperience with the Twitters and Facebooks of this world.</description>
