This may seem basic but taking work on with people who you have some connection too, really to expand my thinking on how I approach winning work. My leadership style? To inspire and to network and collaborate. It has dawned on me massively through Ollie's talk and recently other sources that networking is a big key to success. Working for other design agencies and getting to work for them is like getting a job interview not a client or project work. I'm probably not explaining it very well but there is a difference.
