From Oliver his speach given me a very different aspect, a business culture is really important for a company leader or manager, it direct effect the employee their performance and the relationship with company.
Rather than working in a happy small company not in a unhappy big environment ? It's a good question ask ourself before step in future career.

Hi,
I believe that Alan's title for the project with the Bays was Creative Production Director. He works as a freelance producer / director on a variety of events in the arts / music The Bays event being one of them. He sees it as an ongoing project that will (hopefully) develop over time and will be repeated as and when funding and availability of personnel allows.
Cheers

The guest speaker always bring a bit of 'reality' to the course! Glad you enjoyed that element of it.

BTW - Alan James is not the manager of The Bays - he just worked with them to produce the event he showed us.
